Personalised Items
- All personalised orders are considered final at the point of order placement.
- Please ensure that you take extra care when entering any names or messages as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.
- Please be aware that we can only offer one option on text placement, as shown on our website.
- The price shown for our personalised items includes a £5.00 charge for the personalisation service. No additional charge for this service will be added at the checkout.
- Our personalised items are etched to order. Please allow an extra two working days for delivery.
- Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in one delivery.
- Please note that we are unable to etch emojis and symbols, such as hearts or stars.
- We reserve the right not to accept personalised orders if we believe the personalisation that has been entered is inappropriate and/or offensive. In this case we will refund your payment.
