Rainer Schubert has been appointed as Burgon & Ball UK Managing Director.

Burgon and Ball is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of premium gardening, agricultural and giftware products, whose heritage dates back to 1730 in Sheffield. The highly successful and award-winning business is respected as a leading name in garden products, with an enviable reputation for quality, innovation and design.

Prior to joining Burgon & Ball, Rainer was most recently UK and ROI Sales Director at Scotts Miracle-Gro for six years (now Evergreen Garden Care UK). Before Scotts he held a number of commercial roles at Akzo Nobel over an eleven-year period.

Rainer commences his new role from mid-August 2019.
