Covid-19 update, 1 April

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, here is the latest update from Burgon & Ball.

With a view to government advice for public life in general and for businesses in particular, and in response to the government guidelines announced last week (23 March), we have adapted the way we operate.

We remain open for business while our trade customers need us. It is of course of the utmost importance that we look after our staff and keep them safe, and as a result we have made changes to the way in which we run our operations.

While we continue to despatch orders to our trade customers, our current ways of working mean that it may potentially take us a little longer than normal to get your order out to you.  We ask that you please bear with us as we try to maintain our service at this extraordinary time.

It is reasonable to imagine that due to the rapidly-changing circumstances we’re all experiencing, we may need to further adapt our ways of working. We continue to monitor government announcements and will of course move quickly to comply with new requirements as they emerge. If this should occur, we’ll provide further updates.

Please stay safe and thank you for your understanding.
