THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED

We all love our gardens – and over the last couple of years, outdoor space and that connection to nature has been even more important than ever. Each garden is special, whether it’s a gorgeous expanse of greenery, or a compact courtyard. Even if your gardening space is a balcony, window box, or an indoor garden, you can enjoy the sense of calm, the appreciation of beauty and the simple joy that gardening brings.

With most gardens slumbering at the moment under a layer of frost, or even just a bit damp, drab and dreary, we thought we’d create a way for gardeners to share their gardens – and fill our social media feeds with horticultural loveliness!

Whether full of the brilliance of spring, the exuberance of late summer or the stillness of winter, we want to see pics of your gorgeous garden. To inspire us all and get us looking forward to a great year of gardening ahead, pick out your best gardening pics from this year and send it to us on social media, tagging us using #burgonandball21.

The gardener posting the best gardening pic will start 2022 with a smart new set of RHS-endorsed hand tools with a value of just over £85. The prize bundle consists of:
