This year we're launching ‘Woodland Wonders’, a beautiful new design collection in our much-loved ‘RHS Gifts for Gardeners’ series of gardening gifts.
Gardening is always changing, and we love to be immersed in the latest ideas that we see at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show each year. And as RHS licensees, we're lucky to be able to delve into the fabulous resources of the RHS Lindley Collections of historical botanical artworks. We select beautiful illustrations from centuries gone by, and create a pattern which marries the classic art with contemporary trends.
'Woodland Wonders' takes inspiration from an increasing love for natural woodlands and for woodland gardens. Rewilding, forest bathing and the importance of natural habitats are recurring themes in winning show gardens. The new pattern incorporates specially selected eighteenth and early nineteenth century illustrations from the RHS Lindley Collections. A dark green background evokes the peace of the deep forest, allowing the illustrations of berries and leaves, birds and insects to shine out.
