As you know, the current Covid-19 situation is likely to cause significant changes in day-to-day life for all of us.
In this uncertain situation, we thought we should give an update to try to answer some of our customers' concerns.
Are you still operating?
Yes, we are continuing to trade. We have stock and orders, and we will continue to fulfil those orders unless government guidance prevents us from doing so. All telephone numbers and email addresses are manned as normal. Our offices, warehouse and factory are continuing to function, while taking all recommended precautions to ensure the safety of our teams and our customers. Like all businesses, we're facing a constantly changing situation; we will keep you informed with any relevant updates.
Are there any issues with supplies of stock?
We are starting to see a small amount of disruption in our supply chain. Currently our logistics partners are working normally and we are able to continue despatching orders. It is our aim to work with you where there are supply issues, giving an indication where possible of timescales and suggesting alternative products if practical. Please contact your area sales manager with any stock queries.
Am I still going to get visits from my area sales manager?
We know that you have a business to run too, and we aim to do whatever we can to help. We understand that you might not want a regular visit at the moment. You might like a store visit from your area sales manager to check what you need, but not necessarily a personal meeting. Whatever your preference, we’re happy to accommodate.
